Welcome to Nexlansa (“Platform,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.nexlansa.com and related services, including the Nexlansa mobile application (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

  • User – Any person using Nexlansa, including Freelancers, Clients, and Visitors.
  • Freelancer – A registered user offering services through the Platform.
  • Client – A registered user posting projects or hiring Freelancers.
  • Project – Any job, task, or service requested or performed through Nexlansa.
  • Nexlansa Account – The user profile registered on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
If you are registering on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

  • You must register an account to access certain features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All information provided must be accurate and current.
  • Nexlansa reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be false, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Services Overview

Nexlansa acts solely as an online marketplace connecting Clients and Freelancers.
We do not participate in or control any contractual agreements between them.
All projects, payments, and deliverables are directly between the Client and the Freelancer.

5. Payments & Fees

  • All payments between Clients and Freelancers must occur only through Nexlansa’s secure payment system.
  • Nexlansa may charge a service fee or commission, as displayed on the Platform.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Users are responsible for all applicable taxes and GST under Indian law.

⚠️ Important for Clients

Clients must not make direct payments to Freelancers outside the Nexlansa Platform.
Doing so:

  • Violates these Terms,
  • Disables payment protection and dispute resolution, and
  • May result in fraud, financial loss, or permanent account suspension.

Nexlansa is not responsible for any loss caused by off-platform payments.

6. Freelancer Obligations

Freelancers agree to:

  • Never request or accept payments directly (via UPI, Paytm, or bank transfer) outside Nexlansa.
  • Notify Nexlansa before submitting final deliverables.
  • Share only preview files (with visible watermark) until Nexlansa confirms payment.
  • Submit final files only after project completion confirmation.

⚠️ Important for Freelancers

If you deliver final work before Nexlansa confirms payment, and the Client fails to pay, Nexlansa will not be responsible for your loss.
Non-compliance may result in account suspension or loss of payment protection.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Users must first attempt to resolve disputes through Nexlansa’s internal messaging system.
  • If unresolved, Nexlansa may provide mediation support, but final responsibility lies with both parties.
  • Nexlansa’s mediated decision will be final and binding to maintain platform integrity.

8. User Conduct

All users agree to:

  • Use Nexlansa for lawful purposes only.
  • Not post, share, or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
  • Not engage in spam, scams, or fraudulent activities.
  • Respect confidentiality and intellectual property rights of others.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Circumventing Nexlansa’s payment or communication systems.
  • Posting fake projects or creating fraudulent profiles.
  • Requesting or offering off-platform payments.
  • Using bots, scripts, or automation tools.
  • Collecting or misusing other users’ personal data.

Violation may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of pending payments.

10. Intellectual Property

  • Content uploaded by users remains their own property.
  • Users grant Nexlansa a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use their content for platform operation.
  • All Nexlansa trademarks, branding, and content belong to Novogenix Tech Solutions LLP.

11. Termination

Nexlansa reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
  • Remove content breaching policies or laws.
  • Deny platform access for any valid reason.

Users may delete their account anytime via account settings.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nexlansa is not responsible for:

  • The quality, outcome, or timeliness of projects.
  • Payment failures or third-party issues.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total service fees paid to Nexlansa (if any).

13. Privacy

Your use of Nexlansa is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your data.

14. Modifications

Nexlansa may revise these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page, and continued use of our Services signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

⚠️ Fraud Prevention Notice

Nexlansa never requests payments or communication outside the platform.
Always complete all project discussions, deliveries, and payments within Nexlansa for security and payment protection.
Direct transactions outside Nexlansa are unverified and unprotected.

Nexlansa is a proprietary product developed and owned by Novogenix Tech Solutions LLP, a registered entity under the laws of India. The firm is incorporated under Certificate of Incorporation No. ACD-4471, issued on 17th October 2023.
